27 October Consul of “Autism Europe” Inna Sergiyenko has visited Rivne for the third time with her seminars within the frames of the regional tour. This time a new lection program has gathered the record for the city number of hearers – 170 persons. “In the first seminar in 2014 only 60 persons participated, today there are three times more. It means that interest to the problem of autism in the region is getting higher”, – says Alyona Korsun, head of The charity foundation “Poglyad”, which had invited the Consul to the region.
The high interest the the problem of autism also showed the media. Before the seminar the program “Pryama mova”(Direct speech) was recorded by the Ritm channel, where participants discussed the situation of autism in Rivne region, new directions, existing in Ukraine as well as the International experience, which is worth to be implemented in our country.
During the seminar the camera crews of four local tv-channels communicated to the Consul – RTB, Rivne-1, Ritm and Sphere. They, as the audience of specialists, were interested in new trends and directions, which Consul had learnt and took with her from the World autistic festival in Vancouver, and the Conference of Autism Speaks in Washington. The seminar of autism in Rivne is the 27-th one in the regional tour of the Consul.
